The five-part series "Bell`Italia" shows the most beautiful island archipelagos in Italy. Crystal-clear water, white beaches, picturesque fishing villages and an idyllic hinterland make them places of longing and holiday paradises. The films show flair and myth, typical Italian way of life as well as tradition and originality away from mass tourism. A helicopter camera enchants with unique insights into impressive island landscapes. The three islands in the Gulf of Naples – Capri, Ischia and Procida – could hardly be more different. Capri is a popular destination, especially for day tourists who want to see the famous Blue Grotto or one or the other famous face from the cinema. But the small island has much more to offer: breathtaking landscapes, eccentric architecture, amiable inhabitants. And it seems to exert an almost magical attraction.
